This policy covers returns, replacements and refunds for the Musef™ Salah Time Cast bought from musefstc.com.
7-day replacement window
You may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery if the device arrives damaged, is defective, or is not the variant you ordered.
Conditions
- The device must be in its original packaging with the power adapter, HDMI cable and quick start card.
- It must be free of physical or liquid damage, and must not have been opened, repaired or modified by anyone other than us.
- Proof of purchase is required.
What is not covered
- Requests made more than 7 days after delivery — these fall under the 2-year warranty instead.
- Damage from incorrect power supply, drops, or unauthorised repair.
- Change of mind on a language variant once the sealed device has been opened.
How to raise a request
Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and a short video or photo showing the problem. Sending a video of the device powering up saves a great deal of time and usually lets us resolve the issue the same day.
Replacements
Once approved, we arrange collection where a courier pickup is available, or ask you to ship the device back. For a confirmed manufacturing defect we bear the return shipping cost. The replacement is dispatched after the returned unit reaches us and is inspected.
Refunds
Where a replacement is not possible, we refund to the original payment method. Refunds are initiated within 3–5 working days of the returned device being inspected, and typically reach your account within a further 5–7 working days depending on your bank. Shipping charges already paid are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Order cancellation
You can cancel free of charge any time before dispatch. Once an order has been handed to the courier it can no longer be cancelled, but it can be returned under the conditions above.
