This Privacy Policy explains how Musef Sales Private Limited (“Musef”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects your information when you use musefstc.com or buy the Salah Time Cast.
Information we collect
- Order details — name, billing and shipping address, email address and phone number.
- Account details — if you create an account, your username and saved addresses.
- Support messages — anything you send us by form, email or WhatsApp.
Payment information
Payments on this site are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited (“Razorpay”). Your card number, UPI ID or net-banking credentials are entered on Razorpay’s systems and are never stored on our servers. Razorpay is a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. From the payment itself we receive only the transaction reference and whether it succeeded or failed.
To take payment we share your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address and the order amount with Razorpay.
Fast checkout
We use Razorpay Magic Checkout. When you enter your phone number to check out — including from a product page, where the buy button opens checkout directly — that number is sent to Razorpay, which verifies it by OTP and may fill in addresses you have previously saved with Razorpay at any store that uses this service. You can edit or replace anything that is filled in before you place the order, or type your details in yourself instead.
EMI and offers on product pages
Product pages load Razorpay’s affordability widget, which shows the EMI, cardless EMI, pay-later and card offers available for the price shown. It is a script served from Razorpay’s servers and is sent the product price; loading it also makes your IP address and browser details visible to Razorpay and may set Razorpay cookies.
How we use your information
- To process, pack, ship and invoice your order.
- To provide setup support and honour the warranty.
- To send order updates, and marketing only where you have opted in.
- To meet tax and accounting obligations under Indian law.
Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary:
- Razorpay — to take payment, to run Magic Checkout and to show EMI and offer information. See Razorpay’s privacy policy.
- Courier partners — your name, delivery address and phone number, so that your order can be delivered.
- Our accountants and government authorities — where the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal data.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart and session working and to understand how the site is used. Razorpay may also set its own cookies through the checkout and the affordability widget described above. You can block cookies in your browser, though the cart and checkout may stop working.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are retained for as long as Indian tax law requires. Support messages are kept while your warranty is active.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop sending you marketing. Write to us and we will respond within 30 days. We cannot delete records we are legally required to keep, such as tax invoices.
