These Terms and Conditions govern your use of musefstc.com and any purchase of the Musef™ Salah Time Cast from this website. By placing an order you agree to them.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
Products and pricing
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We try to describe the product and its specifications accurately, but minor variations in finish or packaging can occur. We may change prices at any time; the price that applies is the one shown when your order is confirmed.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if the item is out of stock, the price was listed in error, or we cannot verify the delivery address — and we will refund any amount already paid.
Payment
Payment is taken through our payment gateway at checkout. Your order is processed once payment is confirmed.
Shipping and delivery
Orders are dispatched from Patan, Gujarat, usually within 1–2 working days. Delivery timelines given at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they depend on the courier and your location.
Warranty
Every device carries a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorised repair or modification, or damage from incorrect power supply. Free setup support is provided by phone and WhatsApp.
Returns
Returns and replacements are covered by our Refund and Returns Policy.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or copy its content, product images or software without our written permission. All trademarks and content on this site belong to Musef Sales Private Limited.
Limitation of liability
The Salah Time Cast is an aid for displaying prayer timings. You are responsible for confirming the timings you enter or the Taqwim you select. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Patan, Gujarat.
